Experience RequiredMust have a valid driver's license (if driving golf cars or driving range equipment).Must have a strong work ethic.Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public.Organized, able to work well in fast paced environment.Must have strong customer/guest orientation.Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must be dependable.Frequently stands, walks, talks, hears, and uses hands.Regularly reaches with hands and arms.Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches; tastes, smells and sits.Able lift up to 50 pounds.Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions.Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job.Knowledge about the game of Golf preferred.Essential ResponsibilitiesGreet members and guests as they arrive at the driving range for their tee time.Manage tee times to ensure members and guests stay on time teeing off.Change club cleaners as needed with fresh water.Take all trash, including back room work area, tee line and golf shop, to dumpster as needed.Communicate with the Golf Shop and Bag Drop on a regular basis.Assist golfers when needed.Report all problem situations to the Head Professional in a timely manner.Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.Supply guests with scorecards, pencils and other items if needed.Advise guests of course conditions and expected pace of play.Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.Maintain regular and reliable attendance.BenefitsHealthcare Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageRetirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)
