This is a hands-on, outdoor position involving a variety of tasks related to golf course construction and renovation.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor associated with golf course construction
- Assist with grading, drainage, irrigation, seeding, and other site work
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Assist equipment operators and other crew members as needed
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials
- Perform general jobsite cleanup and maintenance
- Follow company and jobsite safety procedures
- Perform other construction-related duties as assigned
Schedule
Full-time position. Work hours may vary depending on project needs, weather, and construction schedules. Overtime may be available or required.

- Must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions , including rain, heat, cold, and other varying conditions
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday
- Must be able to lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
- Must be dependable and maintain reliable attendance
- Must be willing to learn, take direction, and work as part of a crew
- Construction, landscaping, excavation, or golf course construction experience is preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license preferred
