About the position

The Cove Golf Course at The Lodge of Four Seasons is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Golf Shop Attendant to join our Golf Operations team! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. This position is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the golf shop while providing excellent customer service to members and guests. The Golf Shop Attendant will help manage tee times, retail sales, and ensure golfers have a positive and organized experience before and after their round.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a professional and welcoming mannerAssist customers with tee time check-in and reservationsProcess retail sales, green fees, cart fees, and merchandise transactions using the point-of-sale systemAnswer phone calls and assist guests with questions regarding tee times, rates, and course informationMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shopAssist with merchandising, stocking, and displaying golf shop merchandiseCommunicate with outside services staff to ensure smooth daily operationsAssist with tournament and outing operations as neededProvide accurate information regarding golf course policies, events, and promotionsRequirements
