Growth opportunities are available for those who consistently exceed expectations.</p> <h2><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>Provide a warm and professional welcome to members and guests upon arrival</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the golf cart fleet</p> </li> <li> <p>Thoroughly clean, wash, and stage golf carts for daily play</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with the bag drop and manage traffic flow in the cart staging area</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain the appearance and organization of all practice facilities throughout the day</p> </li> <li> <p>Detail golf carts as needed and as directed by the Department Supervisor</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the daily setup and breakdown of outside golf operations</p> </li> <li> <p>Display a consistent “Member First” attitude and ensure excellent customer service</p> </li> <li> <p>Follow all safety protocols and handle equipment properly</p> </li> <li> <p>Stay flexible and open to taking on additional tasks as assigned</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain high attention to detail and work quality at all times</p> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to lift up to 30 pounds</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions</p> </li> <li> <p>Must be able to bend, twist, squat, reach, and perform other physical tasks throughout the shift</p> </li> <li> <p>Capable of working weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings based on operational needs</p> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>Benefits</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>Tips</p> </li> <li> <p>Golf playing and practice privileges</p> </li> <li> <p>Staff uniform provided</p> </li> <li> <p>Discounted merchandise</p> </li> </ul>
