Position Title: Men’s Locker Room Lead
Department: Locker Room / Housekeeping
Reports To: Clubhouse Manager
Position Summary:
The Men’s Locker Room Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, cleanliness, and member experience within the men’s locker room. This role ensures a high standard of service, maintains an organized and pristine environment, and supports locker room attendants in delivering exceptional hospitality to members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support locker room attendants during assigned shiftsEnsure the locker room, restrooms, steam/sauna areas, and lounge spaces are consistently clean, stocked, and well-maintainedProvide a high level of personalized service to members, including greeting, assisting with lockers, and responding promptly to requestsMaintain inventory of supplies (towels, toiletries, cleaning products) and communicate ordering needsConduct regular inspections to uphold club standards of cleanliness and presentationAssist with laundry operations, including towel service and uniform handling as neededTrain new team members on locker room procedures, service standards, and expectationsAddress member concerns or feedback in a professional and timely mannerEnsure all safety, sanitation, and club policies are followedCoordinate with other departments to support overall clubhouse operationsQualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or club operations preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to lead by example and support a team environmentDependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasksFlexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 25–50 lbs (towels, supplies, etc.)Comfortable working in warm/humid environments (steam/sauna areas)Requirements
