Become part of this exceptional and inclusive team at Invited! Role Overview The Golf Services Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service to our club members and guests. You will support our golf operations team by managing essential outdoor services, which include assisting with bag handling, preparing carts, managing range operations, and keeping work areas immaculate. Your duties will involve ensuring that golf carts are clean, functional, and ready for members to enjoy their game. Key Responsibilities Assist golfers with loading and unloading equipment, preparing them for play, and providing post-round support like cleaning clubs and delivering them to vehicles as needed.Promote club events and provide information to enhance the experience of members and guests.Manage the staging of golf carts, assign them to players, and track their usage while ensuring they are well maintained and free of damage.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cart barn, practice areas, parking lot, and pro shop entrance.Prepare practice areas with necessary equipment like range balls for daily use.Work collaboratively with golf operations staff to ensure seamless and efficient service.Complete daily tasks as per club standards, ensuring areas are organized and stocked.Additional Responsibilities Due to the nature of club operations, you may be required to assist colleagues and take on further tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Preferred candidates will possess: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Experience in a related role or strong knowledge of golf.Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with members, guests, and staff.In-depth knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.A positive attitude and dedication to exceptional service.Great attention to detail and reliability.Physical Requirements This position primarily involves outdoor work in varying temperatures and conditions. Responsibilities include sitting, standing, walking, climbing, squatting, reaching, lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs., and effective communication. Work Schedule Must adhere to the attendance requirements set forth in the weekly schedule. Flexibility in working additional hours, weekends, and holidays is essential.
