Assistant Clubhouse Manager

Job Summary Golf Envy is a premium indoor golf club focused on game improvement, member experience, and a modern private-club atmosphere. We are looking for an Assistant Clubhouse Manager to help support daily operations, deliver a great member and guest experience, assist with membership sales, and help create social media content that promotes the club. This is a hands-on role for someone who is professional, organized, outgoing, and comfortable taking ownership during their shift. The right candidate will enjoy working with people, helping the club run smoothly, and creating engaging content for social media. Responsibilities • Support day-to-day clubhouse operations during assigned shifts • Ensure simulator bays, putting area, and common spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready • Welcome members and guests and provide a high-end customer experience • Assist with member onboarding and answering questions about the club, technology, and memberships • Conduct or assist with tours and demos for prospective members • Support membership sales through strong communication and follow-up • Help with events, leagues, tournaments, and other member activities • Capture photo and video content for social media • Assist with posting content, stories, reels, and other marketing material • Help promote club events, special offers, and the overall Golf Envy brand • Assist the Clubhouse Manager with operational tasks, reporting, and in-club promotions • Handle basic troubleshooting and communicate facility or equipment issues as needed Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in fitness, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional, dependable, and able to take initiative • Comfortable speaking with guests and prospective members • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable using technology and learning club systems • Social media content creation experience preferred • Basic photo/video capture and editing skills preferred • Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required • Must be available to work evenings and weekends Ideal Candidate • Friendly and welcoming • Self-starter with strong attention to detail • Comfortable leading the club during assigned shifts • Confident helping with membership conversations and demos • Creative and capable of producing content for social media • Excited to help grow a premium golf business Compensation & Benefits • Hourly pay • Commission and bonus opportunities • Complimentary Golf Envy membership • Growth opportunity as the business expands Schedule • 2-3 days per week (flexible) • Normal Hours: 10 am to 7 pm • Weekends as needed Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • Paid training Application Question(s): • Please describe your experience creating Instagram content for a business, including reels, stories, and posts.
