Job Purpose:
Responsible for grounds keeping and maintenance of the golf course.
Duties:
Safely operates equipment such as weed eaters and blowers used for various course maintenance needsCleans hand tools and grounds keeping tools after each useLoads and unloads materials; must be able to lift up to 50 poundsShovel materials, i.e. sand, dirt, gravel, cement, etc.Trims trees and removes cuttingsCollects and empties litter cansCleans gutters, drains and culvertsWaters plants and turfCuts grass, weeds and bushesRakes leaves and bunkersAssists with special projectsOther duties as assignedBe alert of surroundings to include golfers and employeesRequirements
Skills/Qualifications:
Ability to use hand tools such as weed eaters, shovels, picks, rakes, hedgers, etc.
Ability to drive a Truckster or a golf car
Must have digging skills
