Production Lead: Lean, Safe, High-Impact Manufacturing

Callaway Golf is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing shift on site in the United States. You will translate production goals into actionable instructions for operators, ensure safe operation, and drive on-time performance through rapid changeovers. You will train and coach staff, conduct safety meetings, coordinate engineering changes, and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.
