Assistant Director Of Outside Operations

<p>Assist the Director of Outside Operations with the following Job Duties:</p> <ol> <li>Supervises all first-tee activities</li> <li>Recruits, trains, supervises and schedules outside staff and starters.</li> <li>Cleaning and stocking carts with full divot sand bottles, tees, new pencils, scorecards and clean towels.</li> <li>Maintains driving range, including collection and cleaning of golf balls and filling of baskets</li> <li>Recruits, trains, schedules and supervises caddies.</li> <li>Within allocated budget, orders all necessary training materials and caddie clothing each season.</li> <li>Coordinates with the Grounds Superintendent about special playing conditions.</li> <li>Conducts the caddie draw daily to ensure proper rotation.</li> <li>Registers members, guests, carts and caddies and submits accurate and appropriate charges daily.</li> <li>Manages cash box.</li> <li>Maintains restroom facility in the bag room.</li> <li>Maintains daily and seasonal records.</li> <li>Maintains accurate caddie performance records.</li> <li>Coordinates with Golf Professional Staff on tournament activities to assign caddies, set-up carts, transport members and guests clubs before and after play and assign forecaddies.</li> <li>Arranges prompt and secure storage of members’ clubs in the TCC bag room at the conclusion of play.</li> <li>Prepares monthly summary of golfing activity for the General Manager and Golf Professional.</li> <li>Oversees cleanliness and necessary repairs to the Bag Room Area.</li> <li>Attends all necessary club functions as required.</li> <li>Responsible for the coordination and recordkeeping of all Tag Marshal tags to help keep a smooth flow of play.</li> <li>Observes and advises the Golf Professional Staff of slow groups using Tag Marshall. Notify the slow groups they are behind if necessary.</li> <li>Advise members and guests of rules such as pace of play, dress code, and etiquette on the golf course.</li> <li>Performs other appropriate assignments made by the assistant golf professional.</li> </ol>
