Mouratoglou is looking for a Pro Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations and commercial performance of our Pro Shop, while delivering a premium customer experience.
As the face of the Pro Shop, you will combine retail management, customer service and strong operational skills in a dynamic sports environment.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pro ShopDrive sales and provide personalized product recommendations to clientsManage inventory, stock levels, replenishment and purchasingEnsure attractive merchandising in line with Mouratoglou brand standardsOversee point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate sales and inventory recordsCoordinate apparel, equipment and special ordersSupervise the Pro Shop team, including scheduling and daily organization.Maintain a clean, welcoming and well-organized retail environmentWork closely with the Tennis Director and on-site teams to support programs, events and the overall client experienceContribute to the profitability and commercial development of the Pro Shop
Profile
Previous experience in retail, sports, hospitality or a similar customer-facing environmentStrong commercial mindset and excellent customer service skillsOrganized, reliable and detail-orientedComfortable managing several priorities in a fast-paced environmentHands-on, proactive and solution-orientedStrong team spirit and communication skillsKnowledge of tennis and tennis equipment is a strong plus
