This entry-level, seasonal position supports the grounds team in preparing and maintaining tees, fairways, bunkers, and other playing surfaces to deliver a high-quality golfer experience.This is an early-morning role with in-season hours of 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, and availability to work one weekend morning (Saturday or Sunday) is required.Duties & ResponsibilitiesRake and maintain sand bunkers to ensure consistent play conditionsRepair divots on tees and fairways to preserve turf qualityPerform line trimming and weeding around course featuresMow playing surfaces such as tees and collars using appropriate equipmentAssist with general course maintenance tasks as neededFollow safety guidelines and equipment operation standardsQualificationsEntry-level position; prior golf course or landscaping experience is a plus but not requiredAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsWillingness to work early morning hoursDependable, team-oriented, and able to take directionPhysical Demands/Requirements:Ability to stand for 5 minutes, walk for 2 hours and sit for 30 minutes consecutively.Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials weighing up to 20 pounds. Distance carried - 50 feet maximum.Ability to handle items such as plants, bushes, hoses, shovels, rakes, and burlap bags - which are handled by two workers.Ability to lift 30-35 lbs.
