HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst supports the Director of HRIS in administering and improving KemperSports’ HR technology, including UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, and UKG People Analytics. The analyst serves as a technical and functional resource for HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and property leadership. This role maintains reliable data, develops reporting, resolves system issues, and supports approved configuration changes and process improvements. The analyst participates in and may lead assigned HRIS projects under the director’s guidance.
