Work directly with local residents and visitors in a professional, outdoor setting while developing your operational and customer service skills at one of the region’s premier courses. Minimum Qualifications As a versatile member of our operations team, your duties will include: • Golf Operations: Assisting in the golf shop, managing the range, and serving as an on-course marshal to ensure a smooth pace of play. • Event Support: Setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for golf tournaments, meetings, and special events in the clubhouse. • Fleet & Range Support: Occasionally filling in to assist with golf cart maintenance and range machinery operations. • Customer Service: Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with the public and fellow staff members. Other Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required. • Previous experience working with the public and a solid knowledge of golf • Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver’s License. • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
