Webbs Reserve Golf, located in Fort Myers, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities

Perform general landscape maintenance using hand-held equipmentRake and maintain sand bunkersOperate small machinery for edging, trimming, and mowingPrepare soil beds for sod, seed, and other vegetative materialAssist with course detailing tasks, including weed and debris cleanupAssist with golf course set-up proceduresOperate utility vehicles for hauling materials and removing debrisPerform skilled duties based on experience (e.g., pruning, plugging)Operate equipment safely and remain aware of others in the work areaIncorporate safe work practices in job performancePerform other duties as requiredRequirements

One month of related experience or trainingValid driver’s license requiredRegular and reliable attendanceBenefits
