Position SummaryThe Part-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supporting daily dining operations at The Club at Frisco Farms while delivering exceptional service to members and guests. This role ensures service standards are maintained, team members are supported and motivated, and all club dining experiences reflect the high-quality expectations of a private club environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesService & OperationsOversee front-of-house operations during assigned shifts, including dining room, bar, and event serviceEnsure all members and guests receive prompt, professional, and personalized serviceMonitor service flow and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionallyAssist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliationMaintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of all F&B areasTeam LeadershipSupervise, support, and direct service staff including servers, bartenders, and support staffProvide on-the-floor coaching to ensure service standards are consistently metAssist with staff training and onboarding of new team membersFoster a positive, team-oriented work environmentMember ExperienceBuild relationships with club members and anticipate their needs and preferencesMaintain a high level of visibility in dining areas to engage with members and ensure satisfactionUphold the club’s service culture and standards at all timesAdministrative SupportAssist with scheduling, shift coverage, and communication with team membersMonitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to managementEnsure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulationsQualificationsPrevious experience in a food & beverage supervisory or lead role preferredStrong knowledge of restaurant or club dining operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead by example in a fast-paced, service-focused environmentMust be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitaskTABC certification (or ability to obtain)Work Environment & ExpectationsMust be able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25–40 lbs as neededFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and club eventsProfessional appearance and demeanor requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly wage (based on experience)Flexible part-time schedulingOpportunity to work in a fun club environmentGrowth and advancement opportunities within the club and company
