Pay rate: $Hourly + tips
Support the restaurant and bar operations.
Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware.
Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app.
Run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner, ensuring great customer service, accuracy and presentation standards are met.
Accurately utilize technology to efficiently complete food pick up and drop off service. Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the gaming area and restrooms. Assist with opening and closing procedures by cleaning and/or stacking chairs and tables, sweeping floors, setting up outdoor furniture and removing trash.
Uphold safety and sanitation principles at all times.
Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates from the kitchen to tables.
