The Sommelier/Beverage Manager reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversees bar and beverage service staff.

Qualifications
Certified Sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers) or equivalent professional certification (WSET Level 3+, ISG, etc.) 3-5+ years of progressive sommelier or beverage management experience, ideally in a private club, luxury hospitality, or fine dining setting Proven experience managing a wine program end-to-end: list curation, purchasing, inventory, and cost control Supervisory experience with bar or beverage service staff Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and cocktail programs in addition to wine Polished, professional presence with excellent member/guest service skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as club events require
