ECC is a distinguished private 9-hole facility located in Gilbert, Minnesota, and is seeking an experienced Golf Course Superintendent to lead all aspects of the golf course maintenance operations and uphold the club’s commitment to exceptional playing conditions. As the primary on-site leader for the golf course and grounds, the Superintendent will oversee all maintenance operations, lead and develop the maintenance team, and drive the club’s commitment to exceptional course conditions and presentation. The position reports to the Golf Course Liaison, who will remain actively involved on-site to provide mentorship, strategic oversight, and support in achieving the club’s long-term agronomic and operational goals. This role offers significant operational autonomy, empowering the Superintendent to make day-to-day decisions that directly influence course conditions, team performance, and overall operational success. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all daily golf course maintenance operations for the club’s private 9-hole facility. Develop and execute comprehensive agronomic programs, including fertility management, pesticide applications, irrigation scheduling, and cultural practices. Direct daily crew assignments, course setup, and special project work to ensure efficient operations and exceptional course presentation. Monitor turf health, course conditions, and playability to consistently deliver outstanding playing surfaces. Manage fertilizer and plant protectant programs in accordance with established agronomic plans Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and equipment coordination to support efficient golf course operations. Maintain accurate records of chemical applications, irrigation practices, and agronomic activities. Promote a culture of safety through proper staff
