Colts Neck Golf Club is a semi-private 18-hole facility located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The club provides a first-class golf experience for both members and daily-fee players, supported by a professional golf shop, practice range, short-game area, and full-service clubhouse with dining amenities. Colts Neck Golf Club is recognized for its welcoming environment, professional service, and commitment to the game of golf.
The Head PGA Golf Professional is responsible for managing and directing all golf operations at Colts Neck Golf Club. This position requires a motivated, service-oriented professional who will oversee all aspects of golf operations, including personnel management, tournament administration and merchandising. The Head Golf Professional will promote the game of golf in alignment with the club's mission and standards of excellence.
Experience Required

Essential Responsibilities
Manage daily golf operations, ensuring an exceptional member and guest experience.Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise the golf operations team, including assistants, shop staff, and outside services.Plan and conduct all member and corporate golf events, leagues, and outings.Oversee golf shop operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and vendor relations.Manage the tee-time system, pace of play, and coordination with course maintenance staff.Develop and manage the annual golf operations budget.Work cooperatively with the Course Superintendent, Food & Beverage Manager, and other department heads to ensure seamless club operations.Uphold PGA standards for conduct, service, and professionalism at all times.
