We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Golf Club Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will use state-of-the-art fitting technology to deliver tailored equipment solutions. In addition to custom club fittings, you will also help to maintain store presentation and will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional experience for every golfer who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities: Club Fitting & Technical Services Perform Custom Fittings: Utilize modern club fitting equipment and technology to conduct fittings and execute precise performance modifications tailored to each golfer's swing.Execute Repairs: Perform club repair services, including re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft/lie adjustments.Manage Workflow: Manage customer service orders and ensure timely delivery.Customer Service & Sales Provide Expert Advice: Deliver personalized product and service recommendations based on individual player needs and performance data.Elevate Customer Experience: Deliver high-level, attentive customer service throughout the golf shop and driving range.Store Operations & Teamwork Maintain Merchandising Standards: Uphold presentation standards by ensuring product inventory levels are stocked and properly displayed on the sales floor.Shop Maintenance: Actively participate in daily recovery, cleaning, and organizational standards.Team Collaboration: Bring an "all-hands-on-deck" attitude to support team members across the store and perform additional duties assigned by management.Qualifications & Requirements Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with golf equipment, club components, and repair/fitting processes.Customer-Centric Mindset: Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering high-touch customer service.Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k)Health insurancePaid time offWork Location: In person
