<p>The Director of Golf provides leadership and strategic direction for golf operations at Ford’s Colony Country Club, a privately owned, semi private country club located within the Ford’s Colony residential community in Williamsburg, Virginia. The club features 54 holes of championship golf across three separate 18 hole courses, supporting roughly 80,000 rounds annually through a balanced mix of member play and outside guest revenue.</p><p><br /></p><p>This is a hands on leadership role with full responsibility for daily golf operations, tournament and outing business, merchandise, staff development, and member engagement. The Director of Golf reports to the General Manager and partners closely with department heads across agronomy, food and beverage, and membership.
