About the Role

We’re looking for strong AM Cooks to support our morning service, someone who takes pride in their station, works with urgency, and understands that execution and consistency define the member experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute breakfast/lunch service with precision, consistency, and strong sense of timing
- Prepare and cook menu items to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
- Own your station: setup, organization, and execution from prep through service and breakdown
- Maintain high-level sanitation, food safety, and HACCP standards throughout the shift
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of all products
- Support multiple outlets and service styles, including à la carte and private events
- Work closely with Sous Chef and leadership to maintain flow and communication during service
- Assist with prep for next-day operations and ongoing kitchen readiness
- Monitor product quality and communicate any issues proactively
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (restaurant or club preferred)
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, station management, and kitchen systems
- Ability to work clean, organized, and with attention to detail under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays
