About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our private club dining facilities. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional Member and guest experiences while overseeing restaurant operations, staff leadership, beverage purchasing, inventory control, special events, and compliance with Club standards.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong food and beverage knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage staff, control costs, and maintain high service standards in a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Clubhouse restaurant, bar, and food & beverage outlets.
Lead, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff.
Ensure exceptional service and Member satisfaction.
Manage beverage purchasing, including wine, liquor, beer, and non-alcoholic products.
Conduct monthly inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Monitor beverage costs, inventory levels, and purchasing practices.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other Club departments to deliver outstanding Member experiences.
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
Qualifications
3–5 years of restaurant, hospitality, or private club management experience.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and beverage purchasing.
Experience managing staff, scheduling, training, and performance development.
Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsible Vendor or alcohol service certification preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What We're Looking For A motivated hospitality professional who is passionate about service excellence, team development, and creating memorable experiences for Members and guests. Private club experience is a plus but not required.
