Licking Springs Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic, member-focused Head Golf Professional to lead the club’s golf operations. We’re looking for a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with members, developing golf programs, and creating a welcoming experience for golfers of all skill levels.

ResponsibilitiesOversee daily golf operations, including the golf shop, tee sheet, pace of play, and on-course servicesPlan and conduct club tournaments, leagues, outings, and other golf eventsDevelop golf programs and instruction for members, guests, and junior golfersManage golf shop merchandise, inventory, purchasing, and salesRecruit, train, schedule, and supervise golf shop and outside-services staffSupport the club’s golf simulator and indoor golf programmingWork with club leadership and golf committees on golf operations, communications, and annual planningMaintain a visible, approachable presence with members and guestsQualificationsExperience in golf operations, preferably at a private club or golf facilityStrong customer service, communication, and organizational skillsExperience coordinating tournaments, leagues, and golf eventsKnowledge of golf shop merchandising and day-to-day retail operationsAbility to lead and develop a teamPGA membership or progress toward PGA membership preferred
