lt;ligt;Coaches also receive an extra 30 minutes of paid time each class day for setup, cleanup, and carpool.lt;brgt; After successfully completing one session as an Assistant Coach and demonstrating commitment and strong performance, coaches may be promoted to Head Coach with increased responsibilities and higher pay.lt;brgt;lt;brgt;

lt;/ulgt;lt;divgt;Important information about drug testing:lt;brgt; Each school requires its own 90 day hair follicle drug test. This test detects substances from the previous 90 days to 6 months. Some schools may require additional tests throughout the year. This requirement is mandatory and cannot be waived.lt;brgt;lt;brgt;
lt;/divgt;lt;divgt;Commitment expectations:lt;brgt; TGA depends on coaches who can commit to the entire season. Backing out mid session is not allowed and disrupts our schools, students, and program agreements. Any scheduling conflicts must be shared before hiring.lt;brgt;lt;brgt;
