Varsity Golf - Head Coach - Spectrum High School
Spectrum High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead, manage, and mentor our Varsity Golf program, boys and girls, as the Head Coach. This is an exciting opportunity to work with motivated student-athletes, build a competitive team, and contribute to the overall development of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a climate that integrates sportsmanship and competitive athleticsDevelop positive sportsmanship, attitudes, and skills in the teamDevelop positive motivation in the teamProvide a climate to facilitate participant character growthAssume responsibility for schedule development or schedule verification with the Activities DirectorConduct orientation programs for parents, athletes, and coachesCommunicate effectively with student-athletes and parentsDevelop positive team dynamic and interactionsQualifications:
Strong knowledge of the sport and understanding of the gamePrevious coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is preferred.Compensation: $3,630
