Part-Time Member Services Terravita Golf & Country Club, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Member Services. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Key responsibilities include composing and typing routine correspondence, maintaining electronic member and prospective member databases, answering member and prospective member questions, initiating telephone correspondence with prospective members, preparing and distributing various Club mailings, operating key office machines, and performing various administrative and sales duties during Club events. Minimum qualifications include the ability to read and speak English, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and an associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience. Working conditions include frequently sitting, talking, hearing, and using hands; regularly walking and standing; occasionally reaching, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching; and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. The noise level is moderate, and there is occasional exposure to outside weather conditions. This position includes eligibility for healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and bonuses.
