Clubhouse Breakfast Server (Part-time, Seasonal)

About the position

The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking a polished, experienced Seasonal Breakfast Server to provide attentive service in an upscale, luxury dining environment. The role focuses on creating a welcoming start to members’ days through warm, personalized hospitality, anticipating needs, building member relationships, and delivering consistently exceptional service. The season primarily runs from October through May.

The listed schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The position requires weekday, weekend, and holiday availability as necessary; the Club is closed Christmas Eve evening and all day Christmas.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, warm, and personalized breakfast service to members and guests in an upscale dining environment.Create a welcoming start to members’ day and anticipate their needs.Build member relationships and deliver consistently exceptional service.Speak knowledgeably about wine, beer, and spirits and make recommendations.Present, open, and serve wine according to upscale service standards.Requirements

Current Arizona Food Handler’s Card.At least 2 years of serving experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury resort, fine dining, or private country club environment.Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, including the ability to discuss selections and make recommendations.Experience with proper wine service, including presenting, opening, and serving wine according to upscale service standards.Polished, professional presence and a strong understanding of elevated service standards and dining etiquette.Availability Thursday and Saturday evenings is stated as required, though the listed schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as necessary.Benefits
