About the Role
The Par 3 Manager (Superintendent) is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and presentation of the Par 3 golf course and practice facilities. This hands‑on leadership role oversees daily turfgrass operations, irrigation systems, landscaping, equipment usage, and course conditioning to ensure an exceptional playing experience for guests and members. The ideal candidate is passionate about golf course management, takes pride in course appearance, and leads by example in maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
The successful candidate will plan and direct all agronomic and grounds maintenance activities, including mowing, fertilization, pest management, irrigation scheduling, and course setup. They will supervise and train maintenance staff, coordinate projects and improvements, manage budgets and inventory, and collaborate closely with golf operations to ensure the course is prepared for daily play, tournaments, and special events. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic outdoor environment are essential.
