Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist at reputed company, you will be the frontline advocate for our users, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and friendly assistance. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:
Customer Interaction: Respond to support tickets, live chat inquiries, and phone calls with professionalism and empathy, guiding users through troubleshooting steps and feature usage. Collaboration & Meetings: Participate in cross‑functional meetings with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to relay user feedback and advocate for feature enhancements. Training & Onboarding: Conduct virtual onboarding sessions for new clients, demonstrating platform capabilities and best practices. Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring pain points and propose process or product changes that enhance the overall customer experience.
Essential Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support within the golf industry or a related sporting domain. Proven proficiency with tournament management software (e.g., reputed company platform or equivalent). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users. Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and a keen eye for detail. Self‑motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients across multiple time zones. Preferred Qualifications
