FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
Premier Private Club | Leadership Hospitality Excellence
Join our team and lead an exceptional Member experience.
We are seeking a dynamic, polished, and highly engaged Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations across our dining venues, lounges, Member events, banquets, and special functions.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality professional who thrives on the floor, inspires service teams, anticipates Member needs, and takes pride in delivering personalized, world-class service in a premier private club environment.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be a visible leader and ambassador of the Club, ensuring every Member and guest receives gracious, attentive, and consistently exceptional service. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage management and culinary teams to deliver seamless daily operations and flawless special events.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and oversee daily dining room, lounge, banquet, and front-of-house operations.
Maintain a highly visible presence on the floor and actively engage with Members and guests.
Lead, coach, train, and motivate service teams while fostering a professional and positive team culture.
Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate reservations, events, menus, Member preferences, staffing needs, and service priorities.
Monitor service flow, staffing, food and beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Respond to Member concerns and special requests with professionalism, discretion, urgency, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Provide hands-on support during high-volume periods and step into service positions when needed.
Lead the setup, execution, breakdown, and reset of banquets, tournaments, private events, and Club functions.
Partner closely with culinary, banquet, service, and management teams to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure compliance with Club policies, food safety requirements, service standards, and operational procedures.
Utilize POS and operational systems; experience with Jonas or comparable systems is preferred.
Communicate operational challenges, staffing concerns, Member feedback, and facility needs promptly to management.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of progressive experience in upscale dining, fine dining, private clubs, luxury hotels, or high-end hospitality.
Previous private country club or membership-club experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and develop service teams.
Strong knowledge of à la carte dining, banquet service, beverage operations, and elevated hospitality standards.
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
A polished, energetic, outgoing, and professional presence.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for flawless service execution.
Ability to remain calm, composed, and solution-oriented under pressure.
Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when working with Members, guests, and employees.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special Club events as required.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You are a true hospitality leader who enjoys being “of service” and leads by example. You understand that exceptional service is about more than completing a task—it is about anticipating needs, recognizing preferences, creating genuine connections, and making every Member feel valued.
You bring energy, accountability, discretion, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality to every shift. You are equally comfortable coaching a team, assisting a server during a busy service, resolving a Member concern, or coordinating the details of a major Club event.
If you are ready to bring your leadership and hospitality expertise to an environment where excellence is the standard, we would like to hear from you.
Apply today to become an important part of our Food & Beverage leadership team.
