ResponsibilitiesDevelop merchandise sales and promotions during holidays, special events, and periods of slow sales.Order supplies for the golf shop as directed by the Head Golf Professional.Assist the Head Golf Professional with all tournament operations.Maintain all logs (comp, rain check, monthly range, etc.).Complete customer transactions.QualificationsProficiency in Excel, Word, and club point‑of‑sales systems.Understanding of club financials.Evaluation of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.Knowledge of shop inventory.Attention to detail.Physical Demands & Work Environment RequirementsWalk or stand for long periods, sit, bend, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear.Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally; lift overhead; push/pull lighter objects.
