Monitor budgets, forecasts, timing, and funding needs to support reserve adequacy and long-range planning.
Project Forecasting & Investment Analysis
Prepare financial models, ROI, payback, lifecycle cost, scenarios, and concise business cases for significant investments. Evaluate nonfinancial benefits, including asset preservation, risk reduction, service levels, regulatory needs, and member experience. Conduct post-project reviews comparing actual costs, timing, and outcomes with approved assumptions.
Capital Portfolio & Project Coordination
Coordinate project forecasting and portfolio reporting using consistent plans, milestones, forecasts, and performance measures. Track project budgets, commitments, forecasts, timing, scope changes, dependencies, and key risks. Provide financial and analytical support while preserving operating leaders' accountability for execution.
