About the Role
Bar Manager Position
Facility:
Watertown Country Club, originally built in 1923, is a solid private club with over 100 years of history as a key part of the community. It has a clean championship golf course, good practice areas, a full-service restaurant and bar that's open to the public, and event spaces that hold up to 200 people for things like weddings and reunions. Under new ownership since 2025, we're starting a fresh phase by adding public golf in a way that keeps our private feel, with low-cost memberships for golfers of any age or skill—all while holding on to our friendly, small-town setup.
As Head Golf
Professional, you'll be in charge of running a top-notch golf operation that brings people together and makes good memories. That means handling a busy member event schedule to keep everyone happy, growing our outside events to be the best-run golf outings around, building a strong junior program, stocking the golf shop with new and popular gear, and leading a lively, helpful staff that gets the job done right.
