Beverage Cart Attendant/Grill Server

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Beverage Cart Attendant and Grill Server, where you’ll be the face of exceptional guest experiences on the golf course and in the dining area. Duties Serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, directly from the beverage cart to guests on the course or in designated areas. Take food orders and deliver freshly prepared meals and snacks from the grill station with promptness and accuracy. Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and receipt issuance. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities through friendly recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for all food preparation areas, beverage carts, and serving stations following food safety protocols. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and resetting stations to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions about menu items, wine knowledge, spirits, and food offerings while fostering positive guest relations. Support opening and closing procedures for the beverage cart and grill station, including inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Skills Proven experience with POS systems for processing sales transactions accurately. Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and basic bartending techniques; cocktail experience is highly valued. Previous food service experience in fine dining or casual restaurant settings; culinary experience is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during high-volume periods. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction. Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that promotes guest engagement and positive relations. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing payments accurately, and managing sales transactions seamlessly. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous for managing guest seating efficiently. Knowledge of restaurant operations including bussing, serving, cashiering, and general hospitality practices to ensure smooth service delivery.
