The Golf Course Greenskeeper plays a pivotal role in maintaining the pristine condition and aesthetic appeal of our golf course. Working diligently across various aspects of course maintenance and construction, you will contribute to ensuring that our facilities consistently meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Performance Objectives:

Engage in routine manual labor essential for the maintenance of the golf course, ensuring its impeccable appearance and functionality Diligently rake and maintain sand bunkers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of playability and aesthetics Operate light equipment proficiently to transport materials and efficiently remove debris, facilitating smooth course operations Provide valuable assistance in the construction of new greens, tees, and fairways by participating in grading, soil preparation, and planting activities Customer Service Skills: Proficient in providing outstanding service to guests and residents, ensuring their needs are met with excellence

Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively to individuals and groups of customers or associatesHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred Demonstrated ability to operate riding mowers, tractors, and other specialized equipment used in golf course maintenance.
