Golf Cart Attendant

Crystal Springs is looking for Golf Cart Attendants to welcome Crystal Springs golfers, and provide them with an overall great experience! Responsibilities: • Warmly welcome each patron • Ensure that each patron is given prompt and cheerful attention • Initiate conversation with all patrons • Offer your assistance to all patrons • Provide bag drop service • Clean customers clubs before and after their rounds • Maintain an orderly appearance in the cart yard • Ensure that every golf cart is thoroughly cleaned and inspected • Ensure that every golf cart has a scorecard and a pencil • Perform all duties as prescribed by immediate supervisor • Communicate all questions and concerns to immediate supervisor • Perform opening procedures as delineated on your checklists • Perform interim procedures as delineated on your checklist • Perform closing procedures as delineated on your checklist Requirements: • Customer oriented • Enthusiastic demeanor • Must possess strong communication skills • Well groomed • Willing to comply to dress code • Must be 17 or older • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must have availability through the Fall • Must be available to work weekdays • Hourly rate + tips! * Enjoy Crystal Springs Employee Perks! • Discounted Minerals Sports Club Membership • 30% Dining/Retail Discount • 30% Spa Discount • Discounted Stays at the Hotels • Discounted admission to Events & Festivals • Complimentary Golf • *This is not a BEVERAGE Cart Attendant position, and is not responsible for selling beverages and food to golfers.*
