About About the Job We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and service-oriented Beverage Cart Attendant to provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests at The Seagate Golf Club. This role is responsible for operating the beverage cart throughout the golf course, delivering refreshments, maintaining inventory, and creating a welcoming experience that enhances every round of golf. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, engaging with guests, and delivering outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced environment. What You Do: Provide exceptional service to members and guests by offering food, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the golf course Operate the beverage cart safely and efficiently while following all golf course rules and etiquette Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, building positive relationships and enhancing the guest experience Prepare and serve beverages according to Seagate standards, recipes, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Maintain proper stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies on the cart throughout each shift Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit cards, member charges, and room charges Balance sales and inventory, ensuring accurate product counts and minimizing loss Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the beverage cart at all times Support golf operations by assisting with course appearance and upkeep as needed Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with members, guests, and team members Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring To The Table Previous food and beverage, hospitality, golf, or customer service experience preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with state regulations Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude Experience operating POS systems and handling cash transactions preferred Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of golf course etiquette preferred Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, holidays, and special events Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the golf course for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely operate a motorized beverage cart throughout the golf course
