Position: Retail Sales Associate – Apparel / Shoes Pay Band: $15.00 - $17.00OverviewAt PGA TOUR Superstore, we seek enthusiastic, self‑motivated, flexible individuals who are passionate about delivering top‑class service and helping transform our business. As a Soft Goods Associate, you will engage customers in our Men’s & Women’s Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.ResponsibilitiesEngage every customer and provide world‑class service by applying PGATSS Service behaviors.Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits.Seek out and assist customers across all Soft Goods areas.Maintain a strong knowledge of front‑end operations, including returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, and coupons.Help keep Soft Goods merchandise at peak stock levels and visually appealing.Ensure all Soft Goods areas, equipment, and supplies are maintained and fully operational.Keep the Soft Goods area clean and professionally presented at all times.Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and differences to customers.Uphold a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance across all departments.Stay informed about upcoming merchandising promotions and marketing events and maintain a strong merchandising presence.Champion product and service offerings, informing, educating, and promoting to customers.Provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities.Qualifications and SkillsStrong listening and interpersonal skills; effective verbal and written communication.Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.High School Diploma or equivalent.Preferred experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.Working Conditions and Physical DemandsMust be able to stand for extended periods, climb up and down a ladder, move throughout the store, and lift a 30‑lb box overhead.ScheduleMust maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Other RequirementsBusiness acumen: Ability to quickly learn business concepts with appropriate training.Accountability: Demonstrate strong self‑accountability and a proactive drive for results.Equity, Diversity, and InclusionPGA TOUR Superstore is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
