Senior Facilities Maintenance Lead — Buildings & Pools

The Highlands at Dove Mountain is seeking a Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee hands-on maintenance of community facilities, pools, spas, and related infrastructure. You’ll provide technical leadership, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safe, functional environments for residents. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical skills, 3+ years in facilities or related roles, and a background in multiple trades. Pool certification is preferred or obtainable.
