Create floor plans and seat guests as they come in to dine.
Job Tasks
Assists servers in their set-up, service and clean-up tasks.
Creates floor plan for event/ dining shift.
Seats members as they come in to dine.
Assigns servers to take walk-ins based on which server is most readily available.
Lets server know when their tables have sat.
Sets tables with silverware, glassware and other items.
Stocks servers' station with supplies.
Collects trash from Summit, Pub and other specified areas after each service period.
Cleans and stores child high chairs and booster seats in linen closet or appropriate pub area.
Folds napkins and prep bread basket with folded linen napkin.
Assists Food and Beverage Manager and other employees in assuring that the club's policies and procedures for serving alcoholic beverages are consistently followed.
Assist banquet personnel in setting up, serving and cleaning up after banquets.
Polishes silver service items.
Attends pre-shift (Line-up meeting).
Moves tables and chairs as needed for the next member and guest diners.
Performs other appropriate duties as assigned
