The position is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage services at Meadowbrook Golf Club. This includes managing food and beverage staff ranging from service to kitchen and beverage cart personnel. The manager will be instrumental in planning and implementing budgets, hiring and training employees, and ensuring that guest expectations are consistently exceeded by applying effective marketing principles. The role demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and a hands-on approach to maintain high standards in food quality, service, sanitation, and cost control.

minimum 5 years related supervisory or management experience
