Food & Beverage Supervisor

Heritage Ranch Golf & Country Club located in Fairview TX is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation:

$60000.00 annually

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands walks talks and listens. Regularly uses hands reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally sits climbs balances stoops kneels crawls crouches taste or smells. Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds. Occasionally works in extreme heat wet or humid conditions (non-weather). Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.

Certificates/Licenses:

ServSafe Certified (Food Manager & Alcohol) and TABC.

Job Knowledge Skill and Ability Preferences:

Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage outlet operations including foods beverages supervisory aspects service techniques and guest interaction.Working knowledge of POS system.Attention to cleanliness and safety.Patience and customer-oriented approach.Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.Responsible and trustworthy.This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions.
