General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead Vattanac Golf Resort, one of Asia’s premier golf destinations. The resort features two championship courses designed by Nick Faldo and world-class amenities serving an international clientele. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the resort’s overall performance, guest experience, and team culture. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all resort operations including golf, hospitality, F&B, and administration • Drive financial performance and business strategy • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team • Deliver Troon standards and an exceptional experience for golfers and guests. • Build strong relationships with members, guests, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality, golf, or integrated resorts, a strong operational background and great communication skills.
