PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities: Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.; Assist in club fitting, including selecting the right shaft, grip, and specifications for optimal performance.; Maintain Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories) with premiere stock and visual presentation.; Assist front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.; Provide feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities.
