Position Summary The Guest Services Associate supports the Guest Services Manager in delivering seamless and exceptional guest experiences. Based at Clark's Cabin, the central Guest Services hub, this role is responsible for the coordination, storage, delivery, and tracking of daily and overnight luggage, golf clubs, and other guest belongings. The position also supports transportation logistics and assists guests with general service needs throughout their stay. This is a seasonal position, running through mid-October, with daily hours from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Guest Interaction and Support Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner Assist with luggage handling and transportation needs Provide accurate information and personalized assistance to ensure a positive guest experience Logistics and Coordination Coordinate the pickup, storage, and delivery of golf bags, luggage, and personal belongings Manage daily luggage check-ins and check-outs Work closely with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure efficient operations Shuttle Dispatch and Transportation S
