THIS POSITON IS FULL TIME, BUT WILLING TO CONSIDER A PART TIME POSTION AS WELL FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.Urbana Country Club is located in Central Illinois in the Champaign-Urbana area. The Club features brand new 10 million dollar 18-hole golf course designed by Drew Rogers which opens in May of 2025. Urbana Country Club provides a blend of amenities including a new resort building with a spa and 8 guest rooms, fitness center, sports courts, and aquatic center. You'll cultivate a service-first mindset that focuses on safety, accuracy, and member satisfaction.Performance & Development:You’ll provide feedback, document performance during the 90‑day probation period, and lead annual reviews. You’ll also offer continuous opportunities for training and growth to keep the team motivated and on track.Safety & Compliance Champion:Implement and uphold safety programs and ensure that the team adheres to all safety protocols.
