Food & Beverage Supervisor Split Rail Golf Club Aledo, TX General Purpose: This document outlines the key responsibilities and expectations for the Food & Beverage Supervisor at Split Rail Golf Club. Manages and executes the food and beverage operation for Split Rail Golf Club which includes maintaining service standards, team accountability, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and opening and closing procedures. Leadership is required for hiring & training staff, purchase food and stock,​​​ monitor inventory and rotation and oversee back of house staff. Leadership & Communication · Lead by example—demonstrate proper service standards, professionalism, and guest engagement. · Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. · Monitor and support servers and line cooks for resources needed to ensure food quality, safety, and guest expectations. Staff Management & Oversight Train, hire, supervise and schedule all support staff which includes cooks, servers, bartenders, and beverage cart attendants. Maintains par levels based on facility needs - monitors and receives all ordered food and beverage products and supplies and ensures proper storage. Controls the distribution of necessary supplies. Assist with administration of menu design, product pricing, ordering, inventory control procedures, and end-of-month inventory. Maintains and monitors budgeted food costs. Assists the GM in interviewing, training, planning, assigning, and directing work. Ensures that sanitation standards are consistently met. Assists in the coordination of menu planning with General Manager Assist Banquet/Event Manager with banquet and event sales Inspects and assists with banquet set-up and breakdown of tables, decorations, equipment, serving areas, and related activities in an accurate and timely manner Conduct training and refresher classes for all Front of House F&B personnel in the correct procedures Develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenues Complies with applicable health, TABC alcoholic beverage laws, fire and other local/state laws Closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Regular and reliable attendance for a full-time position status. Performs other duties as required. WAGES: Hourly Position in the $16-20 range. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
