Female Teaching Professional

Palm Beach Country Club is seeking a Female Teaching Professional to join our team for the upcoming season. Our Teaching Professionals operate as independent contractors while playing an integral role in the overall golf operation and the member experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing their own individual instruction business while also taking an active role in the club’s instructional programming. Responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating weekly Ladies’ Golf Clinics, as well as assisting with Junior Golf Clinics  during holiday periods.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about instruction and who understands the importance of building strong, lasting relationships with members. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high-level instruction in a private club environment, with an emphasis on player development, and member relations. We value individuals who understand that a successful private club environment depends on teamwork, communication, and a shared commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our members.
